About Haley Smith, PA-C
Haley Smith, PA-C, is a physician assistant in family medicine. Originally from Columbus, OH, she earned her Bachelor of Science in physiology and Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance performance from Southern Methodist University. Eager to begin a career in healthcare, Haley earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine where she graduated with highest honors. Haley is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Throughout her education and clinical experiences she developed an interest in preventative medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management. Haley takes a patient-centered approach to care and is committed to building trusting relationships with her patients by understanding their unique health challenges and personal goals. She is passionate about patient education, ensuring that her patients have a thorough understanding of their disease processes and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions for their health.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys reading, practicing Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
